- Act as the main liaison for key account stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including developers, architects, and internal teams.
- Manage and ensure accuracy sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive account growth and client retention through strategic planning and proactive engagement.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferably in construction, civil engineering, or related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally with exposure to construction materials or waterproofing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
