About the Role:

Our client, a leading global semiconductor foundry, is expanding its embedded Flash (eFlash) technology R&D team. This role offers an opportunity to work on advanced memory device and process integration development, driving innovation for next-generation applications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with R&D and process module teams to develop and optimize eFlash process integration.
  • Work closely with customers to align on device and process requirements, specifications, and performance targets.
  • Partner with R&D test teams to develop eFlash CP (Chip Probe) test programs and define qualification criteria.
  • Collaborate with device R&D teams to design and qualify new devices, including electrical parameter tuning, layout optimization, and performance verification.
  • Support PDK (Process Design Kit) setup and documentation, including layout rule definition, electrical specification creation, and Boolean formula development for new device structures.
  • Contribute to process verification, characterization, and improvement for yield and reliability enhancement.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor R&D, process integration, device development, or process module engineering.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and process flow integration.
  • Experience with eFlash technology development is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
