Your Role in Our Story:
• Lead and inspire the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

• Work alongside management to uphold our high standards of hospitality

• Has proven leadership experience in F&B and thrives on building genuine connections

• Has good knowledge of seafood and Chinese cuisine (an advantage, but not essential)
