We are hiring CAPTAIN and BARMAN for our Spanish Tapas concept "Tapas 24" and French Steak House "Les Bouchons"

CAPTAIN:

Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent service on dining experience to guests
  • Mingle and chat with guests
  • Proactive and highly responsive to guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Learn the food and drink menu and offer suggestions and recommendations such as beverage pairing
  • Arrange table setting according to meal types and prepare turnover for next guest
  • To understand the operations fully
  • Can lead and train full time and part-timers on duty
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and ensure service counters are presentable at all times
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Be fun and outgoing

  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Team player in a diverse work environment
  • Great attention to details
  • Proactive approach towards guests
  • Able to commit to regular full-time work schedules
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
  • Able to commit weekends and public holidays
  • No experience but positive attitude is welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

BARMAN:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure service counters are presentable at all times
  • Ensure Mise en Place for beverage preparation
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages,
  • Manage beverage ordering, stock taking and inventory
  • Entertain customers who sit at the bar while filling drink orders for other customer.
  • Understand the Bar area operations fully
  • Lead and train full time and part-timers on duty if necessary
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Be fun and outgoing

Requirements:

  • Cheerful, outgoing and energetic with a great smile
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Good understanding and knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
  • Proficiency in preparing and mixing drinks, using bar equipment
  • Need to multitask, especially during busy periods
  • Team player in a diverse work environment
  • Great attention to details
  • Proactive approach towards guests
  • Able to commit to regular full-time work schedules
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
  • Able to commit weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender
  • No quota available at the moment.
