As a Architectural Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support project teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects from design through to completion under supervision.
  • Contribute to the preparation of drawings and BIM model development, including submission drawings, detailed and construction drawings, clash detection, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions to authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while liaising with relevant agencies under the direction of senior team members.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering
