We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic in-house team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for our projects. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in architecture or contractor firms, with a preference for candidates fluent in both Chinese and English. A degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, based on project requirements and design concepts.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs align with project goals and specifications.
  • Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback, ensuring compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations across different countries.
  • Assist in coordinating drafting tasks for multiple projects, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
  • Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to produce technical drawings and 3D models as needed.
  • Support the team in translating conceptual designs into practical, buildable plans for construction teams.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all drafting work for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in architecture or contractor firms.
  • Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and verbal) is highly preferred to facilitate communication across international teams and projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other drafting tools.
  • Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards across different regions is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, vertically integrated environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
  • Understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Prior experience working on international projects or with multicultural teams.
