About the role

Artisan Signature Creatives Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Drafter/Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Geylang Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our architectural design and drafting processes, contributing to the successful delivery of our innovative projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Producing high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using industry-standard design software
  2. Assisting with the preparation and organisation of project documentation, including specification sheets and construction drawings
  3. Providing administrative support to the design team, such as file management, quotations, document control, and coordinating with external stakeholders
  4. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into drafting deliverables
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural drafting

What we're looking for

  1. An ITE, diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, or a related field
  2. Proficient in the use of 3D modelling and drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion or SketchUp
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with the design team and external stakeholders
  6. A keen interest in the architecture and design industry, and a desire to contribute to the creation of innovative projects
