About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Specialist to play a strategic role in attracting top talent, driving employee engagement and nurturing a high-performance culture.

What you'll do

Talent Acquisition

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle process.

Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition and integration into the company culture.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Develop and implement employee engagement activities that foster collaboration, recognition and career growth.

Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend actionable improvements.

Manage and address employees' work-related queries.

Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Training and Development

Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops.

Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses.

Advisory and Compliance:

Provide advisory support on people-related matters, including performance management, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Stay updated on changes in employment laws and best practices.

What you'll bring

years' HR experience with at least 1 year in business partner role.

Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and culture building.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build trust across all levels.

Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
