About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Corteco Asia Company Pte Ltd, based in the Boon Lay West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and nurturing strong relationships with our key customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new avenues for growth
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales engineer or technical sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
