Human by nature.**Regional Technology Head SEA - Your Future Position?**
- In this role, you will manage the promotion and introduction of available and new technologies into Commercial and Development communities Lead the regional S&T fragrance interface with the other functions. Provide comprehensive technical, analytical, and sensory support to the S&T and Development communities Manage the library of available technology demos and presentations. Coordinate technical competitive intelligence across South East Asia. You will also support commercial activities and key projects by providing customer-friendly technology packages/demonstrations and facilitating implementation at customers. You will be managing the South East Asia technology team (people, activity and budget).**In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Global Fragrance Technology, and responsible for**:

- Facilitating the implementation of fragrance technologies in the region- Provide knowledge of the available / new fragrance technologies and support perfumers / evaluators. When appropriate assist development in the context of Briefs
- In collaboration with Development / Commercial communities customise Global Launch Packages to make them regionally relevant.
- Investigate and propose original ways to combine existing technologies and develop new ones (Agile Innovation) to deliver innovative fragrance solutions aligned on regional priorities. Engage with Patent Group when IP potential identified.
- Collecting and consolidating technical competitive intelligence in the region- Gather/analyse relevant information across the region. Share learnings / insights with global teams.
- Providing support to Sales / Customers on promotion / implementation of Technology Portfolio- Act as the main Technical contact point for Key customers
- Provide customer presentations and demonstrations that showcase how technologies add benefit to fragrance. Tailor demonstrations to known client/consumer needs
- Facilitate technology assessment / implementation in customer context
- Providing Technical / Analytical and Sensory support to Development (CP & FF) and S&T Communities- Aligned with Global Analytical / Sensory best practices
- According to JANA Regional Engagement rules - Assess business impact / ROI
- Managing the South East Asia technology team- Manage the day to day activities and development of the team to satisfy business needs
- Report activities (Wins / Customers feedback & needs) on a quarterly basis
- Promote and embed EHS guidelines / best practices

**Your professional profile includes**:

- PhD, University degree in relevant scientific discipline
- Significant experience of fragrance / FMCG industries
- Understanding of fragrance sciences
- Experience of working in an international environment
- People and project management experience
- Excellent organisational, managerial and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Action oriented with highly efficient priority setting
- Very strong business acumen and comfortable at managing ambiguity
- Genuine and relentless customer focus
- Ability to work through a matrix of indirect and disassociated global reporting lines
- Ability to develop, motivate and direct others
- Adheres to and establishes high ethical values and beliefs
