About the Roles

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Engineer to join our team at an IT Communications Service Provider located in the Central area, near Mattar MRT. This is a permanent position offering up to SGD 3500 in salary, along with transport allowance, monthly commission, and a variable bonus. The role follows a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, providing a great work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and expand current accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver business solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Engage key decision-makers to present customized solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Foster long-term partnerships based on trust, collaboration, and continuous value creation.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of an ITE qualification in Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Open to candidates without prior experience, as training will be provided.
  • Previous exposure to telephony systems and communication solutions is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Alcatel, Mitel, and Yeastar PABX systems will be a plus.
