Job Description

  • Actively promote and sell company's all products/services to new customers (BCO /Direct Shippers) through outdoor sales visits.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications as per requirements.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good presentation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and Team oriented/Team Player.
  • Possess a valid driving license will be added advantage/Merit.
  • Must possess own vehicle
