Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing customers across sectors (corporate, wholesale, retail, and distribution).
  • Promote and present products (PPE, pharmaceutical/beauty, lifestyle & sports equipment) to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and timely.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Actively prospect for new leads through outdoor sales visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Support sales administration tasks including order processing, coordination with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, admin), and CRM/database updates.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track collection/payment timelines, and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support marketing, promotions, and events (e.g., corporate gifting, sponsorships, beauty/skincare promotions, sports/golf events).
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills to provide professional consultation to customers.

Requirements:

  • Possess valid Class 3/3A driving license is an advantage.
  • Relevant industry sales experience is an advantage, but candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
