Job Responsibilities

Gift Processing

  • Process and track gifts, update donor records, and manage gift documentation
  • Handle queries via giving email account
  • E-file official gift receipts

Gift Thank-You Letters

  • Draft and track thank-you letters using templates
  • Ensure timely donor acknowledgment

Data & Systems

  • Manage donor/gift data in CRM
  • Maintain data hygiene, generate reports/dashboards
  • Support process improvements

Digital & Web Support

  • Update giving pages and related web content
  • Work with designers/vendors to improve user experience
  • Apply content & design best practices

Campaign & Admin Support

  • Support fundraising campaigns (budget, expenses, vendor coordination, simple design)
  • Provide admin/logistics support for donor events (venue, refreshments, name tents, etc.)
  • Handle procurement & invoices
  • Maintain updated donor database (contacts, addresses, emails)
  • General office support (printing, scanning, mailing, courier, ad-hoc duties)

Requirements

  • Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good judgment, especially in handling confidential matters
  • Excellent organizational & coordination skills, able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, collaborative team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic knowledge of web content management / simple design tools (advantage)
  • Tech-savvy with interest in digital transformation
