Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the hotel entrance to greet and assist guests.
  • Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage handling and transport coordination.
  • Orient guests on hotel facilities, amenities, and room features.
  • Stay updated on local attractions, events, and hotel activities to assist with guest inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for all guests.

Requirements:
  • Physically able to lift and carry luggage safely.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Working Hours:
  • Morning Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Night Shift: 10:00pm – 7:30am

Additional Information:

  • Location: Central Area
  • Salary: Basic $2,400 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Working Days: 5.5 days per week (rotating shifts)
