Responsibilities: -

  1. Take charge of project setups for new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless implementation and smooth handover to the operations team.
  2. Conduct ongoing business reviews with customers post-onboarding, focusing on relationship building and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and recommend KPI tracking frameworks, performance assessments, and operational improvement initiatives for customers.
  4. Work closely with internal teams across various business divisions to align strategies and leverage synergies for maximum impact.
  5. Lead customer meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and prepare professional sales materials and proposals.
  6. Prepare and submit regular reports in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  7. Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support customer proposals and assist with internal decision-making.
  8. Other ad hoc been assigned

Requirements: -

  1. Min Diploma in Logistics or other relevant study
  2. Min 3 yrs in charge of new warehouse setup or solution design for warehouse operations
  3. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  5. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
