We are looking for Service Manager - F&B (Outlet Manager- Beach Club) to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa:

As the Service Manager - F&B (Outlet Manager- Beach Club), we rely on you to:

  • Support the Senior Outlet Manager in daily operation
  • Manages Beach Club ( +Twelve)operations experiences
  • To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
  • Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
  • Set and maintain service standards
  • Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in managing in a bar setting of an outlet in addition to food services.
  • Is knowledegable in beverage knowledges , expecially in mixing skillset.
  • Experiences in managing theme nights and close up events.
  • Willing to work shifts
