About the role

Reporting to the Operations Director, this full-time Club Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team at 1-Group's flagship venue in the heart of Clarke Quay. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nightclub, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Oversee all aspects of the club's operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Oversee crowd control, licensing compliance, and safety regulations (including SFA and liquor licenses).
  • Coordinate with DJs, performers, and event planners to execute themed nights and live shows.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation targets.
  • Handle vendor relationships and negotiate supplier contracts (e.g. liquor, audio/visual).
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues to management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and health and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar club or hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships with a diverse clientele
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
