About the Role

  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers across our full range of products and services
  • Manage customer enquiries and outreach through phone and digital communication channels
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and feedback is addressed professionally
  • Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Uphold high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

About You

  • Minimum O / A Levels or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer engagement or call centre environment is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic setting
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and professional in all interactions

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $ $1,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
