- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction scores.
- Recommend suitable products and promotions to meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
- Handle cashiering duties including accurate billing, refunds, and maintaining minimal transaction errors.
- Replenish and organize merchandise on the shop floor, ensuring stock levels and visual displays are in line with brand standards.
- Support inventory checks, stocktaking activities, and ensure minimal stock discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and store presentation, following opening/closing procedures and operational checklists.
- Prior retail sales experience is an advantage
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
- Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
