Central Region, Singapore Beecroft Animal Specialist Services Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Avian & Exotics department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges with clients and veterinary staff.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including updating medical files and invoicing.
  • Liaise with the veterinary team to ensure timely follow-ups, lab result tracking, and procedure scheduling.
  • Handle client communications in person, by phone, or email in a professional, compassionate manner.
  • Assist with stock management and ordering of medical supplies specific to the Exotics department.
  • Support the team in preparing consent forms, treatment estimates, and billing.
  • Attend department meetings and assist with internal communications and document management.
  • Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in clinic or medical administration preferred (veterinary experience is a bonus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
