Role Overview
Glyph Plus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development and Projects Manager. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to meaningful projects within our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead strategic partnership development with government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and corporate entities
Direct the design and management of holistic education programs aligned with organizational objectives
Mentor and guide interns to design programmes in-line with our pedagogy
Serve as the primary liaison between Glyph Plus and key stakeholders, ensuring strong community engagement and stakeholder relations
Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting for business development initiatives and education programs.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across operations, programs, and partnership strategies
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, education, social sciences, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
