Business Development Manager

**Job brief**
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
You will be in charge of the market development for the Systems Integration business, prepare long term and short term business plans for revenue generation, develop budget and implement sales and marketing strategies to attain business growth and profitability.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Source and identify project leads, primarily in Singapore and potentially for South East Asia region
- Manage, review and coordinate project quotations, bids and tender submission for the Company
- Coordinate with design team and project management team for initial design and project schedules
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Responsible for creating and implementing the sales plan, including forecast, monitoring the sales effort and performance against budget and to take corrective actions, in order to contribute to overall business plan.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 3-5 years in Sales or Business Development experience.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
