Singapore GREATER PROJECTS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

Perform business development activities, identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers. Drive measurable sales funnel growth. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and sales activities to generate revenue.
- Provide regular feedback on the market and industry trends and competitor market activities, research to identify new leads; Responsible for tracking key customer information.
- Closely monitor and prepare submissions for government and private tenders.
- Responsible for creation and management of clientele and completed projects database, and customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Business/ Industry registration management, in preparation for GeBiz RFP participation.
- Coordination for industry awards competition participation and other marketing collateral materials.
- Preparation and presentation of quotations and tenders together with in-house quantity surveyors.
- Work alongside with Global Sales team in formulating and executing strategies towards securing contracts.
- Compilation of potential customer’s requirements and project objectives, obtain high-level design brief and direction.
- Manage customer relationships through all phases of the sales and project cycle.
- Attend business development activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
- Developing and taking part in solutions presentations.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience, business development, and proven track record in Workplace and Retail design and build solutions.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling business stakeholders and strengthening business relationships;
- Strong industry network and contacts in the commercial workplace design sector that you can tap into immediately.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- A self-starter with strong analytical, presentation skills and possess the professional ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Demonstrable knowledge of lead generation, lead management and sales funnel maintenance.
- Analytical ability to understand client requirements and market dynamics;
- Project Management experience is an advantage.
