Key Responsibilities Event Strategies and Management · Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events (e.g., conferences, product launches, networking sessions, internal events). · Manage end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. · Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement. · Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights. Partnership Development · Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with business goals. · Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders. · Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts. · Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to activate and optimize partnerships. · Serve as the main liaison with partners to co-create and execute branded activations. Cross-functional Collaboration · Work closely with marketing, communications, front-office teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. · Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract management and budget approvals. · Support business development initiatives through partner engagement and event platforms.
