About the Role

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day operations of their education centre, where they teach and nurture pre-primary and primary students.
You'll be the friendly bridge between parents, students, teachers, and colleagues — ensuring great communication and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage, coordinate, and facilitate class schedules for the centre.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries — providing helpful course consultations to parents and students.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep the centre running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Great interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy talking to people and working with children.
- Able to coordinate and liaise with parents and teachers
- Able to work independently or as a team and able to prioritize work on hand
- Able to work on both weekends and 3 weekdays (in line with the centre's operating hours).
- Min. GCE 'N' Level
- Candidates with customer service experience from other industries are welcome to apply too
