Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective tenants and actively source for suitable concepts and brands for the retail properties under CDL's portfolio
  • Handle leasing enquiries and make recommendations of retails spaces to prospects
  • Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other lease documentation
  • Liaise with tenants on lease related matters including tracking of sales performance and arrears

Requirements
