We're looking for an energetic and people-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, engaging communities, and driving product adoption. You'll play a key role in promoting our products through impactful marketing campaigns and events, connecting with diverse stakeholders, and inspiring public officers to embrace digital transformation.
Your challenge:
- Take the lead in engaging and supporting government agencies — from strategic planning and adoption initiatives to executing marketing campaigns, events, and performance reports.
- Identify and strengthen the unique value of our products in a fast-moving landscape shaped by competition, innovation, and evolving regulations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to craft long-term go-to-market strategies built on strong insights and data-driven results.
- Plan and run events, workshops, and webinars that spark engagement, uncover new opportunities, and generate actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency.
- Drive and own the marketing plan to expand our user community and grow product adoption.
- Build brand visibility and awareness across multiple channels to strengthen our market presence.
- Create compelling EDMs and email marketing content that engage and convert audiences.
- Source, design, and produce creative marketing materials such as merchandise and campaign giveaways.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that help shape future product and marketing strategies.
- Respond to user queries with empathy and professionalism, turning interactions into meaningful conversions.
- Work hand-in-hand with a multidisciplinary team — including developers, designers, analysts, and product managers — to deliver impactful, user-centered digital solutions.
Key skills required:
- At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing and events, with familiarity and exposure to government /public sector projects
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including email, content, and social media marketing, as well as marketing analytics.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars that drive engagement and awareness.
- Track record of developing and implementing marketing plans or programmes that achieve measurable growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Comfortable understanding and communicating technical product concepts to diverse audiences.
- Skilled at shifting between high-level product strategy and hands-on engagement with government agencies.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced, and agile environments.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- A proactive learner with a genuine interest in continuous growth and professional development.
This is a contract position with potential for renewal subject to performance during the initial tenure
