About the role
We are seeking a dedicated F&B Crew to join our vibrant team at ATH.ISA cafe in the Bukit Timah Central Region. This is a full-time (monthly pay), where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate order processing
- Serving meals and refreshments to customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as needed
- Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a F&B assistant or similar customer service role in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
- Five day work week.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Comfortable to serve pork and beer.
