The Service Administration (SA) division collaborates with various disability Social Service Agencies (SSAs), SPED Schools and other stakeholders to deliver quality services to persons with disabilities.

Job Description
Project Description
Intern will be part of a team that monitors performance of the disability programmes and work with the SSAs to enhance service delivery for the well-being of persons with disabilities. The candidate will gain an understanding of diverse issues affecting the sector and the approaches in stakeholder management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas
- Prepare qualitative reports as part of Onsite Assurance to review Key Performance Standards, service standards and service users' feedback of the disability programmes
- Collate and ensure data accuracy in various reports e.g. Key Performance Indicators of disability programmes
- Coordinate and schedule Inter Rater Reliability checks for Client Assessment Forms for disability programmes
- Provide secretariat support in stakeholder engagements and any other duties assigned
- Any other duties / responsibilities assigned
Requirements
- Good organisational skills, analytical and meticulous
- Proactive, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
