About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Policy Servicing Associate to join our growing International Team. This role is central to the servicing of active insurance policies, working closely with clients, partners, and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for managing a wide range of policy service requests while ensuring that all actions are completed with clarity, timeliness, and precision. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your knowledge of policy operations within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of policy servicing processes and procedures

  • Manage and process a variety of service requests including:

  • Claims, policy loans, withdrawals, and surrenders

  • Changes in ownership or beneficiaries
  • Updates to due diligence documentation
  • Premium financing support and changes to payment schedules
  • Issuance and tracking of premium notices
  • Maintain and update client records accurately within our CRM system and self-service portals
  • Respond to client and partner inquiries related to policy servicing procedures and requirements

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in standard business IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)

Language Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential (working environment is English-speaking)
