Associate Executive

The Associate Executive in this role provides foundational support to the programme's operations, maintaining CHaMP's day-to-day efficiency through administrative coordination and operational support. The key responsibilities of the Associate Executive include handling routine administrative tasks, supporting operational processes, and assisting with basic financial documentation, whilst contributing to the smooth running of the Programme's essential functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine day-to-day programme operations support
- Data management (data collection and entry)
- Documentation preparation for analysis
- Administrative functions and participant engagement
- Performs any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Director, CHaMP, or Chairman of Review and Oversight Committee (ROC).
Job Requirements:
- Diploma Holder with at least 4 years' relevant experience OR GCE O/A level or NITEC in Office Skills with 8 to 10 years; relevant experience
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment and/ or service procurement processes and inventory control will be an advantage
- Book-keeping, organisational and coordination skills
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases and word processors (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Positive personality with initiative and open to learning new areas of work
- Demonstrates compliance with institution policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection acts
- Able to work well individually and in a team
