About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Management Associate to join our dynamic team . In this full-time role based in the SG, you will play a key part in driving the strategic objectives of our client, a leading player in the F & B industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution of projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to the optimization of operations and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and guide the decision-making process.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Ppreferably freshgraduate as training will be provided.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of business intelligence tools.
  • Passion for the Hospitality industry and a drive to contribute to its growth.
