About the role
Natural Impressions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Salon Customer Service Representative to join our team in the East Region. This full-time position is integral to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. As a Salon Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing bookings, handling enquiries, and creating a welcoming environment.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing appointments to ensure efficient salon operations
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Assisting with retail sales by promoting and selling salon products and services
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry related to client information and transactions
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive salon experience
- Collaborating with the salon team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage appointments and client information
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using salon management software
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
