  • Oversee daily salon operations (bookings, schedules, inventory, cleanliness)
  • Expertise in applying various types of lash extensions, lifts, and tints, as well as lash removal.
  • Lead, train, and motivate lash artists to deliver excellent service
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle any feedback or issues professionally
  • Plan promotions and help achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Manage product and material orders (lash supplies, tools, etc.)
  • Report salon performance and updates to the owner / management
  • Minimum 7 - 8 years experience in the beauty or eyelash industry
  • Prior experience as a Senior Lash Artist or Salon Supervisor preferred
  • Strong leadership and exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of lash extension techniques and current beauty trends
  • Certification in eyelash extensions and beauty therapy is required
  • The ability to work over-time and weekend.
  • Detail-oriented and patient.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Japanese (required to attend to Japanese clients.
