Be the friendly face that keeps our coding school running smoothly. At Computhink SG, we inspire children aged 7 to 16 to code, create and think like innovators. We are more than just a coding school – we are a place where creativity meets technology. Our mission is to nurture the next generation of young innovators through fun and engaging coding classes, and we are looking for someone organised, positive and quick to learn, who enjoys working with people and making things happen.

About the Role

As our Centre Management Executive, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, welcome students and parents, and support both administrative and marketing activities. This is a great opportunity for fresh polytechnic or university graduates to build a career, with a clear path towards becoming a Centre Manager.

What We Are Looking For

  • Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Human Resource Management or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, friendly and approachable personality with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with office productivity tools.
  • Enjoys interacting with children and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for parents, students and visitors in person, via WhatsApp, WebChat, Telegram, Facebook, email and phone.
  • Manage student enrolments, class schedules, fee calculations and record keeping.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming learning environment.
  • Assist with marketing activities, including managing our digital presence on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Support the teaching team and contribute ideas to improve centre operations.
