Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central liaison between internal teams and external channel partners to coordinate sales enablement, onboarding, and partner engagement activities.
  • Manage partner documentation, agreements, and compliance with internal policies and partner programs.
  • Track, compile, and analyze sales and partner performance data to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of channel marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Organize and manage channel partner events, briefings, and training sessions in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of channel processes and systems, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and partner satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated partner issues and ensure timely resolution or follow-up with relevant departments.
  • Any other related duties assigned.

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Working experience in a channel coordination, partner support, or sales operations role preferred
  • Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft applications (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus
