Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Merchandising Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our merchandising and business team. The ideal candidate will analyse sales, inventory, and pricing data to optimize product performance, improve inventory efficiency, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse sales, inventory, and product performance across categories and channels
  • Build and maintain reports with high accuracy to track key merchandising KPIs
  • Translate data to effective visualization tools for presentation to stakeholders
  • Support regular e-commercial planning with data-driven insights
  • Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or Merchandising preferred.

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Retail merchandising or inventory planning knowledge is a plus
