A leading multinational beauty retailer is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Executive to join their Asia team on a 3-month contract. You will play a key role in supporting merchandising strategies, brand partnerships, and sourcing activities that shape the company's product assortment and strengthen its regional presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the regional merchandising team in executing category strategies, ensuring alignment with global direction while adapting to Asia-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with global surge brands to ensure seamless operational execution across Asia markets, resolving logistical or market-related challenges.
  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and incubating emerging beauty brands (e.g., C-beauty, K-beauty) to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Background in merchandising, buying, category management, or brand sourcing is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
