This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Merchandise & Content Executive or Merchandise & Content Assistant Manager to join a forward-thinking team where you'll blend creativity, strategy, and execution — shaping how audiences connect with the brand across both digital and physical touchpoints.

The Role

You will be the driving force behind branded merchandise and content strategy — transforming concepts into tangible products and compelling stories. From designing merchandise collections to launching content campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in creating engagement, recognition, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of merchandise — from concept design to production, quality control, and distribution.
  • Partner with designers, vendors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage content strategies to support campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.
  • Build and oversee content calendars across digital platforms (social, website, email).
  • Craft and edit content that aligns with brand tone and engages target audiences.
  • Monitor market and cultural trends to inspire creative direction.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and partnership teams.
  • Analyse merchandise and content performance, providing insights for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, content marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong project management and creative execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and editorial sensibility.
  • Knowledge of merchandise production, creative tools, and content platforms.
  • Passionate about creativity, design, and engaging audiences.
