We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations for the Ma Kuang TCM Group. This role ensures robust financial planning, accurate reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective internal controls to support the Group's sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Consolidate accounts for group entities across different jurisdictions.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing timely insights and recommendations to management.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational objectives.
  • Track budget variances and implement corrective measures where necessary.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
  • Manage banking relationships and optimise fund utilisation.
  • Monitor foreign currency exposure and recommend hedging strategies if needed.

4. Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, GST, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and audits.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen internal control systems to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
  • Streamline accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement finance-related digital solutions where appropriate.

6. Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance managers to enhance cross-functional financial literacy.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA/ACCA qualification preferred.
  2. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong knowledge of Singapore tax, GST, and regulatory frameworks; exposure to regional accounting will be an advantage.
  4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  6. Strong leadership abilities and a hands-on approach to financial management.
  7. Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
