Play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our Commercial Banking Operations team, ensuring seamless execution of banking transactions and services for our corporate clients. As a Commercial Banking Operations Support specialist, you will provide administrative support, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records, contributing to the team's success.

Succeed in this role by combining your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. You will need to provide timely and accurate support to the Commercial Banking Operations team, resolving queries and issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.

1.Provide administrative support to the Commercial Banking Operations team

Respond to and resolve queries from clients and internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and documentation of banking transactions and services

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately

Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives

1.1-2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment

2.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
