Residents Relations Officer

Central Region, Singapore Private Advertiser Full time $2,500 - $3,000 per year

You will facilitate the onboarding of new residents, coordinate service requests and maintain an organized filing system. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

Resident Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and tenants, answering phone calls and handling enquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Onboarding New Residents: Assist new owners and tenants in the application process for card access, keys, and manage move-in/move-out logistics to ensure a seamless transition into their new homes.

Service Coordination: Coordinate on-site inspections for Technician and Property Executive to address residents' service requests promptly.

Administrative Excellence: Manage petty cash vouchers and facility bookings. Provide administrative support by compiling weekly and monthly submissions for HQ Accounts. Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to streamline documentation and operations. Keep an accurate inventory of office stationery and track equipment maintenance records.

HR functions: Keep records of leave and computation of overtime

Skills Needed: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a can-do mindset. Detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology to streamline property management tasks.

Candidates from the service industry, Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management will have an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or "O" with relevant experience

Working hours: Mon to Fri 830 to 530,

Saturday 830 to 1230 (alternate Saturdays upon confirmation)

$2500 - $3000 (based on experience)
