Job Description: Female Personal Trainer
Location: Cheng San Community Centre, 6 Ang Mo Kio Street 53, #01-02, Singapore 569205
Role Overview: We're seeking a passionate Female Personal Trainer to join our team and inspire our members. You'll deliver personalized training, and contribute to our vibrant community, using tools like Trainerize and Glofox to enhance client experiences. This role is key to our pre-launch (November 2025) and grand opening success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver 1-1 personal training sessions tailored to clients' goals, using Trainerize for workout plans and progress tracking.
- Close prospective clients through consult and retain key clients through great service and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable training environment for all clients.
- Engage with members to build relationships and drive retention.
- Collaborate with the team to support open house events (late November) and community partnerships (e.g., local cafes, schools).
Requirements:
- Recognized fitness certification (e.g., FISAF, ACE, NASM) required.
- CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
- Proven experience as a personal trainer, ideally with female clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with young working adults and build a community vibe.
- Familiarity with fitness apps (e.g., Trainerize, Glofox) is a plus.
- Passion for fitness.
