We're a young, dynamic company — a proud spin-off from our established parent financial consultancy firm. In just one year, our team has grown steadily, and we're now inviting three passionate individuals to join our November intake as Sales Consultants.

At Pico, we specialize in business financial consultancy — helping SMEs secure funding, manage cash flow, and scale their businesses through smart financial solutions.

What You Can Expect

Personalised Mentorship & Training

You'll undergo a 2-week structured training program (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

Training is led directly by our Founder — a former AIA trainer and ex-banker with over a decade of industry experience. You'll learn everything from business financing to client advisory, networking, and credit assessment.

Real-World Learning

You'll get exposure to a wide range of financial products, including:

  • Property refinancing
  • Corporate loans & working capital
  • Hire purchase financing
  • Project financing & cash flow improvement

All training is practical, relevant, and designed to prepare you for real client work.

  • Commissions range from 5% of $200K–$500K, with property cases often in the five-figure range.

  • Strong Industry Connections: You'll gain access to our personal network of bankers, business owners, lenders, and financial professionals across Singapore's major institutions.
