About the role

Join the vibrant team at JING LONG SEAFOOD RESTAURANT' as a full-time Service Crew. This role is integral to the smooth and efficient operation of our popular restaurant located in the Bedok North East Region. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and seating guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Taking and accurately processing food and beverage orders
  • Ensuring prompt and attentive table service throughout the dining experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including tables, service stations and restrooms
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A team player who is willing to lend a hand wherever needed
