Beauty Store Coach

Central Region, Singapore STRATEGY SOLUTIONS SERVICES Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training programmes to new and existing beauty consultants to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills and makeup skills
  • Accompany beauty advisors on in-store visits to provide coaching and feedback on their customer engagement and selling techniques
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of beauty advisors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored development plans
  • Set and track individual and store sales goals, providing support and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team/retail partners to plan and execute promotional events and in-store activations
  • Manage event logistics, including staffing, merchandising, and inventory.
  • Gather and report on valuable market insights to inform the company's product and sales strategies
  • Manage a budget for training materials and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in beauty or retail training/coaching role
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, including current trends, products and selling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team
  • Problem-solving mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using digital tools and platforms
