You will be responsible for leading the team to achieve sales performance in the short and long term, including meeting targets for turnover, profitability, and client database growth. You will play a vital role in motivating and guiding the team, while also nurturing their professional growth.

They are currently looking for a Store / Assistant Manager to join their team. Job Description:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Drive and exceed store sales and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain store presentation, VM, and stock standards.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Manage rosters, payroll, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience (preferably fashion/apparel or beauty)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Sales and target-driven with a results-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for customer service and styling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in stock management and store presentation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays as required.
