Job Description

The Beauty Sales Ambassador is responsible for promoting Seung Tae's premium skincare products, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term client relationships. You will provide expert product consultations, maintain the highest service and grooming standards, and help achieve the company's sales targets.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about beauty, skincare trends, and premium products. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.


Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Promote the sale of Seung Tae's premium skincare products and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong brand loyalty.
  • Engage customers by introducing new products and offering personalized skincare recommendations.
  • Deliver personalized consultations to help customers choose the right products for their needs.
  • Educate customers on product information, benefits, and usage techniques.
  • Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat sales.

2. Customer Relationship Management
  • Register, maintain, and update customer profiles accurately in the POS and CRM systems.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and product returns professionally.
  • Build a regular customer base through consistent engagement and follow-ups.

3. Store Standards & Merchandising
  • Merchandise and display counters according to monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, tester hygiene, and display upkeep.
  • Uphold the grooming standards set by Seung Tae, including makeup, hair, uniform, and accessories.
  • Support the team to ensure an inviting and harmonious store environment.

4. Team Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with the Beauty Sales Manager to achieve team KPIs.
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives, in-store events, and product launches.
  • Contribute to creating a positive team culture through cooperation and mutual support.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of retail sales experience (experience in beauty or skincare is an advantage).
  • Strong passion for beauty products and skincare solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and a customer-first mindset.
