Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. You will represent our fragrance brands in one of Singapore's biggest beauty chains, providing exceptional service, driving sales, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Customer Service

  2. Engage customers with expert product knowledge on perfumes and fragrances.

  3. Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences.
  4. Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets.

  5. Product Presentation

  6. Ensure fragrance counters are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

  7. Conduct fragrance demonstrations and sampling to customers.

  8. Operations & Standards

  9. Handle cash and sales transactions accurately.

  10. Maintain inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
  11. Adhere to company grooming and service standards.

  12. Brand Ambassador

  13. Represent the fragrance brands with professionalism and passion.

  14. Keep updated with the latest launches, promotions, and product knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 1–2 years' retail or sales experience (fragrance/beauty industry preferred).
  2. Passionate about perfumes, beauty, and customer engagement.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Positive attitude, team player, and sales-driven.
  5. Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
